MANILA, PHILIPPINES, November 3, 2024 – Philippines poker veteran Lester Edoc claimed his second title of the series and his 20th APT title in Event #64: High Roller - Double Stack. Edoc, ranked third on the Philippines all-time money list with over USD 2 million in live cashes, showcased his skill yet again in another high roller event. Edoc emerged victorious from a seasoned field of 22 entries (19 unique) to win the top prize of PHP 1,452,080 (~USD 24,685). Earlier in the day, he also bagged a top three stack in the Main Event, adding further momentum to his form this festival.
The United States’ John Joseph Panish finished as the runner-up, taking home PHP 968,000 (~USD 16,456), while Canada’s Aidan Connor Tam rounded out the top three with PHP 622,000 (~USD 10,574). Natural8 ambassador Nevan Chang takes fourth place, adding another cash to his series.

Already a two-time winner this series with victories in Event #9: Hyper Turbo - NL Single Draw A-5 and Event #45: Limit Triple Draw - Dealer's Choice, Wang’s mastery over alternate poker formats appears unparalleled in the APT field. He emerged victorious from a resilient field of 31 entries (29 unique) to claim the top prize of PHP 222,000 (~USD 3,774).
Russia’s Alexander Firsov finished as the runner-up, taking home PHP 201,575 (~USD 3,426), while the Philippines’ Christian Jess Chua secured third place with PHP 110,000 (~USD 1,870).

Lee Wins First APT Title in Event #63: Sunday Super Stack
Lee’s year just keeps getting better after binking his first APT title.
South Korea’s Seoha Lee captured his first APT title in Event #63: Sunday Super Stack, outlasting a large field of 181 entries (151 unique) for a major score of PHP 1,000,800 (~USD 17,013). This victory adds to what has already been an impressive year for Lee, who has now accumulated over USD 50,000 in live cashes in 2024 alone after winning this event. An ICM deal was made among the top four players, allowing each to lock in a substantial payout while Lee claimed the trophy for finishing first place.
Hong Kong’s Anthony Wong finished as the runner-up, earning PHP 779,700 (~USD 13,254), while fellow Hong Kong competitor Chi Wai Law secured third place with PHP 916,720 (~USD 15,583). Local Jose Marquez Cheung takes home PHP 828,300 (~USD 14,081) in fourth.

Aemjareon beats out a large field to win his first APT title.
Thai amateur Ravipol Aemjareon captured his first APT title in Event #65: Turbo - Double Stack with a big win in his first career victory. Aemjareon topped a big field of 138 entries (123 unique) to claim the top prize of PHP 423,952 (~USD 7,207), marking a breakthrough moment in his poker journey.
China’s Xiang Lei took second place, earning PHP 288,000 (~USD 4,896), while Singapore’s Chu Yi Jedidah Tan rounded out the top three with PHP 190,000 (~USD 3,230).
