Flight B of the Main Event saw a total of 260 entrants (217 unique) enter the tournament arena, battling it out at the baize over ten 45-minute levels, bringing the combined field up to 525 so far, with two more starting flights left to play out.

It was Jun Obara who topped the chip counts, with the #7 ranked Japanese tournament player spinning up a stack of 312,100 by the time the tournament clock ticked into the red.

Obara was the only Flight B player to crack the 300K chip mark, jumping into second in the overall counts behind Flight A frontrunner Chen Yu Hung of Taiwan.

Singapore's Zhonghuan Dai also enjoyed a decent day at the tables, bagging the second-largest stack of 246,400.

Taiwan's Teng-Kuei Hsu Killing it; Claims Back-to-Back Titles with Event #52: NL Hold'em - Freezeout Win

Event #52_ NL Hold'em - Freezeout champion Teng-Kuei Hsu.jpg Teng-Kuei Hsu claimed his second APT title in as many days in Event #53 NL Hold'em Freezeout

While dead men tell no tales, Taiwan's Teng-Kuei Hsu certainly has a story to tell, winning back-to-back trophies with the dead man's hand.

Hsu triumphed over the second-largest Mystery Bounty Hunter in APT history with ace-eight (A♠ 8♣) – better known as the dead man's hand after the gunslinger Wild Bill Hickok, who was famously killed while holding it in a poker game in a Deadwood saloon.

Just 24 hours later Hsu was at it again, defeating a 155-strong field in Event #52: NL Hold'em - Freezeout to claim a second series title in as many days. The winning hand? You guessed it, ace eight (A♦ 8♣), although it was the ace of diamonds instead of spades this time.

The action played out over twenty-seven 25-minute levels, with players competing for a TWD 3,382,875 (~USD 107,205) prize pool.

Hsu defeated Taiwan's Chia Yun Wu to keep his festival final table win rate at 100 percent, claiming his third career APT title and taking down a TWD 787,875 (~USD 24,970) top prize – the third largest of his poker career.

Wu collected TWD 533,000 (~USD 16,890) for his runner-up finish, with compatriot Nobuyuki Kawakami rounding out the podium taking a payout of TWD 355,000 (~USD 11,250) for third place.

A total of 23 players made the money, with the final table paying out as follows:
