PHU QUOC, VIETNAM, November 13, 2024 – Indian pro Avneesh Munjal achieved a career milestone, capturing his first APT title in Event #29: High Roller - Double Stack. The event attracted 117 entries (78 unique), with 17 players making the money. Munjal's victory earned him a payday of VND 1,541,930,000 (~USD 60,700), marking the biggest score of his poker career so far.

Munjal faced tough competition from China’s Mingcong Chen, who claimed the runner-up position and took home VND 1,041,840,000 (~USD 41,000). The Philippines' Sergius Santos finished in third, adding VND 677,190,000 (~USD 26,600) to his career earnings.

The event saw 41 survivors return on Day 2 from Day 1's starting field. Notably, Australia’s Dylan Wayne Foster, who began the final day as the chip leader, finished in 10th place, just missing out on the final table.
