Sam Nigel Insole and Gregory “Greg Goes All In” Liow brought fever-pitch excitement to Event #24: NL Hold'em - Teams Event, with Insole scoring his second APT title in as many days. For Greg, this victory marks his first APT title after what can only be described as a marathon effort—dozens of buy-ins and attempts that finally paid off in this team event! The duo split a top prize of VND 47,521,000 (~USD 1,870), which may be enough to finally put Greg in the black.
The event featured 54 entries (27 teams), and unique to this format, 20% of the prize pool was set aside for the last team standing with two players. This bonus went to Kotenok Maksim and Chudapal Siarhei, who each pocketed VND 28,285,000 (~USD 1,113).
