TAIPEI, TAIWAN, October 5, 2024 – Japan’s Kazuhiko Yotsushika secured his first APT title in Event #93: Hyper Turbo - High Roller, adding another major victory to his already illustrious poker career. Yotsushika, an experienced player with over USD 2 million in live cashes, outlasted a competitive field of 81 entries (61 unique) to take home TWD 577,520 (~USD 17,778).
The final table featured a strong Japanese presence, with five of the top nine finishers representing the country. Fellow Japanese player Ryuta Nakai finished second, earning TWD 410,000 (~USD 12,625), while Hong Kong’s Siu Ki Leung makes up the top three, securing TWD 269,000 (~USD 8,283).

Furniss Wins Second APT Title of the Series in Event #87: Hyper Turbo - Omaholic8
Furniss has two APT titles this series to his name.
Australia’s Mark Furniss continued his strong form by capturing his second APT title of the series in Event #87: Hyper Turbo - Omaholic8. Furniss, who has been a consistent performer with multiple final table finishes throughout the series, bested a field of 72 entries (57 unique) to secure the top prize of TWD 87,672 (~USD 2,686).
Furniss faced Alexander Charron from the United States head’s up, who claimed the runner-up spot with TWD 63,000 (~USD 1,930), while Taiwan’s Hung Hsiang Wu rounded out the top three, taking home TWD 41,000 (~USD 1,256).

Morita adds athird APT title to her poker accolades.
Japan's Mayuko Morita claimed her third APT title after a strong showing in Event #88: Super Hyper Turbo, marking her first victory of the series. Morita outlasted a competitive field of 93 entries (84 unique), continuing Japan's impressive form throughout the series. She earned TWD 144,964 (~USD 4,437) for her victory.
Morita faced South Korea’s Gibaek Lee head’s up, who finished in second place, taking home TWD 101,000 (~USD 3,092). Hong Kong's Hok Hei Ngai rounded out the podium, earning TWD 67,000 (~USD 2,050).

Greenlee Wins First APT Title in Event #90: Dealer's Choice
Greenlee captures his first APT title.
The United States’ Adam James Greenlee secured his first-ever APT title in Event #90: Dealer's Choice after outlasting a field of 87 entries (70 unique). Greenlee's win earned him TWD 195,328 (~USD 5,975), marking a significant milestone in his poker career.
Japan’s Inoue Naomi, who won Event #70: Razzdugi just the day before, continued her strong form by finishing as the runner-up, taking home TWD 137,000 (~USD 4,190). Fellow Japanese player Sachiko Uchihara, the winner of Event #4: Women's Event, rounded out the top three with TWD 90,000 (~USD 2,752).
Netherlands' Tony Khoang, in amazing form throughout the series, added another final table appearance to go along with his APT titles, finishing fourth with TWD 71,000 (~USD 2,172).

Tianhua Xie Wins First APT Title in Event #92: Flip 'N Go Hyper
Xie outflips everyone to win his first APT title.
Canada’s Tianhua Xie claimed his first APT title in Event #92: Flip 'N Go Hyper. The event, which attracted 84 entries (43 unique), began with the unique Flip Out Stage, where 1 in 7 runners advanced to the money. After the flip-out stage, the event transitioned to a standard No-Limit Hold'em format, and Xie demonstrated his skill by navigating through the field to secure the title and a top prize of TWD 133,742 (~USD 4,090).
Japan’s Jinichi Kubo finished as the runner-up, earning TWD 93,000 (~USD 2,845), while Singapore’s Quan Li Leon Tay took third place, taking home TWD 62,000 (~USD 1,896).

Chen Secures First APT Title in Event #95: Hyper Turbo - PL Courchevel Hi-Lo - 5 Card
Chen reaches the summit after a string of final table appearances.
Taiwan’s Yun Ting Chen finally broke through in Event #95: Hyper Turbo - PL Courchevel Hi-Lo - 5 Card, capturing her first APT title after two prior final table appearances in the series. Chen triumphed over a field of 73 entries (63 unique), securing TWD 74,170 (~USD 2,258). Her perseverance throughout the series paid off as she claimed the victory at a final table dominated by local players from Taiwan.
Chen bested fellow Taiwanese player King-Chung Wang, who finished in second place, earning TWD 62,339 (~USD 1,897), while another local showing promising results this series, Ming Chang Hsiao rounded out the all-Taiwanese podium with TWD 58,339 (~USD 1,775).
