Hoang's Ladies' Boat Makes Money

PostedJust nowby Life of Poker - JJ

Duy Nguyen Hoang raised to 42,000 from the cut-off with a hand of Q♥ Q♦ Quang Trung Dinh defended the big blind with a hand of K♣ 5♣.

The flop came Q♠ 8♣ 3♣ giving Hoang a set and also giving Dinh a flush draw. Dinh check-called Hoang's 30,000 bet to see a 8♠ turn.

Dinh checked his option and Hoang fired a an affordable 65,000 for his full-hose. Dinh called to see a river despite drawing dead.

The river K♠ came giving Dinh a king top-pair - or so it would seem. Dinh tapped his option to Hoang who led with 200,000 and Dinh called to discover his misfortune when Hoang flipped over his wonderful boat.
