Mechanics:

• Seat is non-transferable and can't be converted to cash.

• Accumulate 105,000 or more in chips to win your seat.

• A player can only win 1 seat.

• Only 105,000 in chips will be removed from play when a seat is awarded and extra chips will be redistributed to remaining players at the table.

• Once the last seat has been awarded, the levels will be reduced to 10 minutes if a cash prize is to be awarded.

• Players are allowed to forfeit their stack before the close of registration in order to re-enter.

• Shot clocks are introduced at the start.

• Players will recieve only 3 time banks for this event.

• Big Blind Ante - Big Blind is paid before the Ante.

• Must have four players to start, Satellite is subject for cancellation after 2 hours of the scheduled starting time.

• Guarantee subject to Force Majeure including but not limited to, Earthquake, Flood, Typhoon, Epidemic, and etc.
