So Hard to Fold
PostedJust nowby Life of Poker - Gabby
We picked up on very aggressive action on the turn between Yoshihiko Hirano at big blind and Yita Choong at middle position with a board that showed 7♠ 7♦ 6♥ T♥. Hirano check-raised Choong to 21,000 after the latter bet 7,700 into the pot.
Choong looked at Hirano as if trying to read his mind then made the call. The river K♣ got a bet of 20,000 from Hirano. Choong tanked and, shook his head numerous times before finally folding his hand.
It was very evident that it was a very hard fold for Choong and that he was second guessing his decision. The dealer pushed the chips towards Hirano and before Hirano surrendered his cards, he was kind enough to show Choong one card - 7♥
